The 80’s were bad for a lot of things, but definitely not for hockey jerseys. Probably not many teams that existed then, still exist now, and their current jerseys are better than the 80’s version. Maybe not any. |

1987-88 was the last truly great year for NHL uniforms. The Kings and Canucks were still gold, the North Stars and Whalers were still green, royal blue was everywhere and there was not a trace of navy to be found.

Thank you for redoing this site! Everyone who posted has some very awesome collections! Thank you for sharing and Congrats! ... Soooo many to choose from, but these would be my favorites in my collection .. some are out getting touched up (like that Whalers getting the nameplate removed) .. Amazing small block collection Ken! Very jealous of those Team Choice Dino N-Stars! And you obviously have too many Hawks with the Gunzo's on the hem. Those ones are not valuable at all so you should probably sell them to me cheap. Along with the Storm, the Eastside Yzerman!! |
