I did NOT include a language filter (clearly). I'm not sure its really needed, but we'll play that by ear. If it gets distracting, we'll worry about it later.
Quite honestly, I am 100% certain nobody here curses more than me day to day, so if I can control myself, everyone else can too!

Terrible non-call. Glad to see you put it behind you and that you’re totally over it and everything 😂 Totally over it. I definitely wouldn’t gently move my car into his path if I saw him walking on the side of the road. Absolutely not..

So I take it this was the massive foul you were talking about?
Not what I was expecting haha. Thought you were going to do Matthews on it or something.

Yeesh...you guys need to pick an image. Those egg people are pretty damn creepy. I feel like it's going to come through my monitor like Samara Morgan.

That’s an interesting font for the name.

You youngsters have no idea the pain the 35 and up crowd of Leafs fan have gone through. “It was 4-1” is nothing compared to some of the shit we’ve gone through.

Was looking for a smaller size but picked up this 58 TI blank that I am probably going to turn into a Brodeur. Its a little big but nothing a hoodie can't correct.

Hey everyone, So sad to see the demise of IJ, but it’s nice to see so many familiar names from there on these boards. Props to Fitzy for getting this going! My latest game worn pickup, a Nike 1988/89 Jimmy Carson Oilers home jersey. Carson wore this jersey right after he was traded to the Oilers in the deal that brought Wayne Gretzky to Los Angeles. While wearing this jersey, Carson had his second straight 100 point season, led the Oilers with 49 goals, and finished 9th in NHL scoring.
There are numerous stick and puck marks all over the jersey, and a bit of paint transfer on one sleeve. I count 17 stitched team repairs, including 8 on one sleeve alone, most of which have a piece of mesh material on the interior of the repair. There’s also a big repaired hole on the front hem where the blue and white mesh sections were torn apart from each other. The jersey features the Oilers’ 10th Anniversary patch on the right shoulder. Interestingly, the Nike logo on the rear hem was not merely covered over, but actually cut out of the jersey, with a matching rectangle of mesh material stitched to the edges of the cut out area. Supposedly this was done for use in the 1989/90 preseason, as the league was exclusively CCM starting that year. I kind of wish they hadn’t cut out the logo, because if it had just been patched over I would consider removing the patch to restore it to the state in which it was used during the 88/89 season- all photos and video I’ve seen show the logo visible on the hem during 88/89, but unfortunately the Nike logo is now gone forever.
Anyway, after having a couple of Keener’s replica Nike Oilers (which are quite nice btw), I’m really happy to finally get my hands on an original one from the Oilers’ dynasty period.

Props to Fitzy for getting this going! Happy to do it, and happier to see a bunch of people wanted to keep it going.

This very French Canadian piece came in today. Celebrating Rocket Richard and St.Hubert's Poutine! It's my first quicklite and it's very much like an Adidas MIC. I think I might like the St. Hubert's patch better than the jersey. The fonts are pretty neat with this one, but I'll have to pay a setup fee with Keener to create the fonts.
