I’m going to guess you were dealing with Bryan, the guy in charge of customization orders? Because the first few unanswered e-mails I sent were to him. His not being there anymore would explain this, although interestingly my first unanswered e-mail was just 5 days after I received a message from him about something else.

Funny enough, on my most recent invoice it states that the order should be complete today July 15. So we'll see what kind of extra waiting I'll do this time around. My invoice had an estimated completion date of July 18, and it was shipped out yesterday, so hopefully you won’t have to wait much longer.

I mean I put my order in the first few days of May after talking back and forth with him for about a week. After my email to him on May 5th I think it was, I never got a confirmation that my "good to go" reply was actually put into production. Hard to say from my end when he actually left....but it appears it might have been a while ago. Either way, Jason was very apologetic and we are back on track.

Well, it looks like my Keener order was not shipped, and I got a shipping notification by mistake. So I’m back to “4 weeks and waiting” status! 😄

Has anyone received any communication from Cutting Edge recently? I know I said when IJ was still up that I was going to try phoning them, but I'll admit sheer laziness with that. Also, does anybody know if they would ship me a loose kit if I can connect with them? I called Cutting Edge this past week (I think either Tuesday or Wednesday - the days all blend). They are currently working on lacrosse jerseys and will eventually get around to customer orders. I honestly didnt even ask for a turnaround time because, at this point, I really dont care when they get done, so long as they dont get lost.

Still waiting on a jersey I sent to EPS earlier this month, but the one I sent to CSL was done in less than 3 weeks. So pretty close to normal turnaround for us Chicago fans

So pretty close to normal turnaround for us Chicago fans Yeah, I never expect a long turnaround time with CSL given their smaller volume vs. EPS. Does anyone know what other teams CSL does besides the Blackhawks, White Sox and Cubs? I assume that’s it since they’re the only ones mentioned under the team outfitting section on their website.

Oh I never expected the EPS order to be ready this early. Figured it would be at least 60-90 days. Just saying I sent out two orders and one is already coming back

I just noticed that Cutting Edge charged my credit card today. I mailed them the jerseys on January 8, 2020 (they received January 10). They charged me $20 more than I expected.
