Always loved the way that the "H" in Hartford is cleverly embedded into the Whalers logo...and how it just "pops" out from the W and tail if you choose to focus on it. I liked the later redesign too (away jerseys became primarily a very dark blue), but that green is just classic. Great stuff. How have I never noticed that??? LOL don't feel bad...many years ago someone pointed it out to me too. I remember thinking how cool it was. Great optical trick, how the H just kind of "appears" once you decide to visually accentuate that part of the logo. The old Milwaukee Brewers logo was cool that way too...it looked like a baseball glove at first glance, but the finger part of the glove made an "M", and the thumb and palm section made up the "B". Several other cool sports logos out there that had similar "hidden" aspects.

Took me a while to realize the Canucks skate logo was a skate. Of course, I was like 12 and it was before the internet when we rarely ever say a Canucks logo in New York lol.

And while I was looking up hidden gems within sports logos, in the Islanders logo (not the Fishsticks one), where the "I" in Islanders intersects the orange silhouette of Long Island...that's exactly where Nassau Colosseum is located. Never noticed that before.

If you're like me, you'll be looking at both this forum and IJ, so this is exactly what I posted over there. 2004 Binghamton Senators Hasek GI - he did a conditioning stint in the preseason of the AHL before the cancelled 2004-05 NHL Season. The jersey has a lot going for it besides the cool kit. It's ultrafil, goalie cut with a kiss cut kit.

Unplanned pickup, but found a NTDP gamer for Blackhawks prospect Slava Demin. He's currently playing D at the University of Denver. It'll be interesting to see if he grows into something the Hawks can use. I was hunting for this style of USA jersey for YEARS, then happen to find two gamers in the span of a few months. Funny how that works out. Would still like to find a USA one rather than the NTDP, but beggars can't be choosers

I like the 2016 WCOH version of it, but the traditional cut and royal blue look way better to me.

Looks too much like a Rangers jersey for my taste.

Super stoked to pick up this game worn rookie season (2006/07) alternate jersey of my favorite current Kings player! This is a very rare style for Kopitar, as he only wore it for one season before the Edge jerseys came along. I don’t believe there would be more than one other example of this jersey that even exists. Photomatched to some small burn marks on the shoulder, and an overstitch pattern on the front crest, in photos from October/November of 2006, so this would be one of the very first jerseys Kopitar wore in his NHL career.

Wow, that's a nice pickup for a Kings fan indeed...

EPS delivery from today. First jersey I ever had them strip for me and predictably, it came out perfect with no evidence of having been previously customized. Untitled Untitled

Nice Blackwood!
Was that originally customized by PX? If so, it would make sense the clean strip.
