I had my eyes on this one for a few months, waited for the Summer Sale. AHL product was 50% off, so it was the perfect time. Didn’t notice it was a 1.0 but realized I actually like the way a 1.0 feels when you wear it.   |

Got these in today. This was a brand new Ultrafil blank:   I didn’t have an Airknit big block:   amazing, what size is it? these kind of jerseys are 20 plus years old, don't they get yellow over time, the natural fading of the color white? |

  Super stoked to pick up this game worn rookie season (2006/07) alternate jersey of my favorite current Kings player! This is a very rare style for Kopitar, as he only wore it for one season before the Edge jerseys came along. I don’t believe there would be more than one other example of this jersey that even exists. Photomatched to some small burn marks on the shoulder, and an overstitch pattern on the front crest, in photos from October/November of 2006, so this would be one of the very first jerseys Kopitar wore in his NHL career. Kings are one of my favorite team, but boy do their have had their share of shitty jerseys, this one in particular , that huge collar, and the laces? WTF, and the ones they wear now, with the awful homeplate logo? pure shit. there was only 2 good Kings jerseys , the home and away Gretzky era jerseys! |
